We are currently looking for a Used Equipment Sales Coordinator to join our Stoney Creek Branch.

Reporting to the National Equipment Manager, the Used Equipment Sales Coordinator will play a key role within the organization. Working closely with the sales department and actively participating in its growth by executing the used machinery purchase process, the resale readiness follow-up, and the web distribution of advertisements.

Main responsibilities
  • Initiate file entries into the system, manage follow-ups, and compile a list of trade-ins for the sales department;
  • Advertise used equipment across platforms such as the Manulift website, specialized websites, heavy machinery magazines, and mailing lists; create sales sheets for each machine sold;
  • Coordinate with the service and yard departments for repairs, detailing, and photography; estimate marketing costs to track the progress of machines in preparation;
  • Manage transfers between branches ahead of deliveries as needed;
  • Handle account setups and updates in the CRM system;
  • Assist the coordinator and director with various tasks, including email follow-ups and providing required information to potential buyers;
  • Stay informed on the telehandlers and boomlifts market; maintain updated reports on competitors, market selling prices, and other relevant data.
  • All other related tasks.
Requirements and skills:
  • Experience in a sector related to industrial equipment or machinery;
  • Experience in purchasing and reselling equipment;
  • Experience with relevant resale platforms;
  • Bilingualism: fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
  • Proficient in the Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Sense of initiative; Proactivity and creativity.
